Heidegger’s Shadow

Martin Heidegger was one of the most important and controversial philosophers of the 20th Century. He achieved massive acclaim for his intellect through his major work ‘Being and Time’ (J P Sartre was a big fan), as well as notoriety for not only joining the Nazi party, but also appearing to be an enthusiastic supporter of its cause — and all despite an ongoing affair with his young Jewish student Hannah Arendt.

Off the Page Theatre Company is proud to present the world premier of ‘Heidegger’s Shadow’, by the Emmy Award winning David Cherrill and Carroll Jacobs.
